We are pleased to announce the rollout of a new LIHTC Web-based compliance reporting program. Management Agents and Property Owners can log on to this secured site to provide LIHTC compliance reporting requirements.
The online reservation and monitoring system is used to lock in loans with PHFA and then monitor them throughout the pipeline, from loan lock-in through the post-closing process. It is also used to approve loans by lenders who have delegated underwriting authority (see Chapter 7 of the Sellers Guide for details). The lender chooses an employee to serve as the administrator of the online system (if desired, an additional administrator can be created for post-closing matters). The administrator can then set up various lender employees or approved third-party originators with their own user ID and password. Please refer to Chapter 2 of the Sellers Guide for detailed instructions on how to use the system.
