Where do we start?
The information below will help you start or inquire about an Employer Assisted Housing Program.
We don't have an EAH benefit yet, where do we begin?
The best place to start is with the Employee Survey to determine what level of interest there is in starting such a benefit program.
If there is sufficient employee interest, what next? How do we design a program to fit our needs and the needs of our staff?
Take a look at our Employers' Where do we start? document. It will give you a series of questions to think about to design a benefit program specifically suited for you. These questions are just sample issues to get you started in the right direction.
As an employer, how de we join your list of Participating Employers to allow our employees to reap the additional PHFA benefits, at no cost to the employer?
Send a copy of your Employer Assisted Housing (EAH) Benefit details via e-mail to our
EAH Staff. Staff members are available to assist you throughout the design process including presentations to introduce the EAH concept to management and staff alike.
How hard is it to start such a benefit?
We've made it as easy as possible! Below, you will see a list of sample documents, intended to help you start the process of determining your specific program guidelines.*
